Morning: Cajón del Maipo and El Yeso Reservoir
The day starts early, departing from Santiago towards Cajón del Maipo. The route ascends through the Maipo River valley, passing through the villages of Guayacán and San José de Maipo, until reaching El Yeso Reservoir at 2,500 meters of altitude. The intensely turquoise waters, surrounded by arid reddish mountains and snow-covered peaks, create one of Chile's most spectacular landscapes. Afternoon: Concha y Toro Winery and the Art of Chilean Wine
