Payment Conditions

After confirming your tours, we require a 50% deposit of the total value, based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.

Winery or park entry tickets must be paid 100% in advance.

The remaining balance can be paid up to 10 days before the tour or, in some cases, directly on-site — by Visa, Mastercard, or Chilean pesos — before the tour begins.

Accepted payment methods

PIX (individual or CNPJ) — exchange rate per Banco Central do Brasil

Visa / Mastercard — 3.5% surcharge

Wise — 3.5% fee

International bank transfer in USD · Santander Chile · +US$20 Swift · BSCHCLRM · Account 0-051-0593667-4

Installments via PIX or Wise must be arranged before the tour. Exchange rate (CLP to BRL) verified on payment day.

Cancellation Policy

Administrative fee

In any cancellation, 20% of the reservation value is retained due to the blocking of the service for your group.

No refund

Cancellations made 4 days or fewer before the tour.

50% refund

Cancellations made 5 or more days before the tour.

The reservation is considered confirmed after payment is received. For questions or special cases, contact us — we evaluate each situation individually.
