The menu is crafted exclusively with local, endemic, and seasonal Chilean ingredients. The chef personally selects products from local producers, valuing Chilean biodiversity: native herbs, quinoa, ancestral seeds, Pacific coast seafood, Cordillera mushrooms, and much more. Each meal is an exploration of Chile's authentic flavors, prepared live, with explanations about the origin of each ingredient.

Setting: Andes Mountains or Partner Winery

The experience can take place in two distinct settings, based on availability and preference: in the Andes Mountains, in a pure nature environment with views of the snow-capped peaks, or at one of the region's partner wineries. In both cases, the setting is specially prepared to create an intimate and memorable atmosphere.
